Whats the best Battle AI setting to have?

I don't want a cheating battle AI, but I do want the maximum intelligence it can offer. What battle AI setting should I choose for my campaign?

P.S. The Tuetonic graphics look absolutely awesome and are a great example of what can be done to make the graphics look superb. However their are still legacy Knights and Knaves skins which still don't make the grade for me, not past the vanilla skins.

Apart from that small criticism this mod so far is the best I have seen!!!!

I think hard. I've been testing in custom battles, and with hard, I did 4 battles with 1 unit vs equal 1 unit, and 2 of 2 my unit won and the other 2 the enemy won. So the morale and damage output (if that changes per difficulty at all) is pretty much the same.

With very hard the CPU easily wins and with medium the player easily wins. I made the attack 100% equal, both charging into eachother.

So I play on H/H, the campaign AI cheats by getting more money but that's necessary for a challenging game.

If you are a n00b, I would suggest easy. If you are an expert, try VH. If you are in between, try medium.

i prefer m/vh. medium campaign is the most balanced... factions won't just roll over and give you what you want in diplomacy, and they won't get insane on you and all focus fire you at once either.

vh battles always though... its pretty much the only way youll ever see alot of those epic full stack vs full stack battles... and just about the only way youll ever see the ai use anything more advanced than feudal knights.

I would not call myself a newbie, but I have an aversion to seeing me elite heavy CC troops get killed in hand to hand by archers!

The battle Ai is the best u can get trust me i tried em all

the campaqin ai gives u a good fight if u play on VH

Been playing VH/VH. Battles are very nice, u need to use force as it must be used, flank with flanking units and so on. As of campaign AI it is much better than before but i also noticed that it loses it's cities often, especially capitol ones cause of rebellions. Danes are now going to be exterminated cause Arhus went into rebellion and two of their family members king and his son got killed. Current king is currently with his army in Norwish territory. Going to make few turns. Danes killed cause their most important city went into rebellion, I am not satisfied with this

This can happen in any campaign. I play on H/H and I enjoy the balance of difficulty without me having my ass handed to me.

I always play Vh/Vh and I'm getting no grief from the A.I in the diplomacy department. I can often sue for peace and sometimes the A.I begs me for peace.

Often I have to wait decades for the A.I to declare war on me. Also the reason I play VH is I want there to be possibility to lose.
