To those who cannot enter battle

er....actually...it seems that u have to run part2.exe after finish part1.exe

I see the Bugs threads many ppl complain about jump out when enter battle, so did i, but the setup document part1 and 2 seem totally seperated, I installed part2 and than its all ok.
not very sure, have a try if u have this problem

Believe it or not, there are people who think that one part of the installer is enough.

The first time I wanted to play, I actually forgot to install part 2 during my attempts to install a clean version of m2 (it was kinda hard cuz of all the errors, I had to copy it to the hard drive of another computer in the end, and then copy back the fully patched version to my gaming computer again... By the way I forgot what exactly happened but I think that stainless steel wouldn't start at all, not just that you can't join a battle.

That's because part 2 is just textures and models. These aren't needed until you start a battle.

If people cant bother reading the instructions i blame it one them, always read the install instructions on ANY mod.

If people actually read instructions, I think the world would literally explode.

yes but theres also many people who have installed both parts and followed the instructions to the letter and still not been able to play battle map, so dont be too quick to generalise :>

on this topic, i eventually got mine to work by uninstalling everything, deleting folders and then reinstalling everything, twice. didnt work the first time but did work the second time, another thing which i dont know if it actually had an effect or whether it was coincidence was the fact that on the second time i didnt install the kingdoms patch, /shrug

KK should've made it so that the .exe would've been on part2. But I guess if someone is that dim, he deservers it.

Ok, this is hilarious. why the heck would KK make 2 parts if you only needed one? The instructions state clearly that you need both 1 and 2 in that order.
