CTD?!?!?

Okay its turn seven of my cuman khanate campaign and i hit advance turn my peopole do there usual routines and my diplomat head twoard lithuania. Then boom music stops and "Medieval 2 Total War has encountered an unspecified error and will now exit" What happened?

i have 2 log folders not sure which one it is

I'm thinking it's the one in the Medieval II Directory in the file called Logs/sysem.log

yes but there are two Logs/ and Logs(2)/

Just give me the last lines from both log files then, hopefully that might explain your problem

Hmmm.... It doesn't look like there was some fatal error to me, but I'm not a pro at this, you should probably attach those files HERE
and hopefully somebody with more knowledge than me can help you.
