Patching Gold edititon MTW 2

Okay, so my question is simple. Which patch do I need to get my Gold edition up to date? It's quite confusing to search after patches, cause some come to vanilla MTW 2, and others come for Kingdoms MTW 2, but I got both. Now, my version is 1.03.000 with Kingdoms, and I've seen patches up to 1.5. But as all games, you can't just start out with patching to 1.5. You probably need 1.2, 1.3 and so on...

Ehm, do I need to uninstall Kingdoms before I patch up to 1.2 and 1.3 v?
Or can I patch directly in to the Kingdom version?

I hope some of this makes sense!
