Online Issues Persisting
I've seen a few things scattered about a variety forums about this, but no fix.
Im getting the Connection lost when I try to log in, I havent played total war online in months, and now I cant get on at all.
Im on version 1.3 with firewall off recent drivers and gamespy ports open.
Im behind a lynksis wrt54g router
My pc is up to date with
athalonx2 6000+
8800gtx
1gw power
2gigs ram
It runs the game maxed settings across the board smoothly in all but the hugest battles, I experience NO other technical issues. :hmmm:
any other information that may be relevent I can provide.
Thanks in advance, I DID search these forums but couldnt find a fix, sorry if im digging up old news.

Re: Online Issues Persisting
The problem is named Gamespy. It is not the game. Yell at Gamespy to fix their servers.

Re: Online Issues Persisting
I´ve found this quiet annoying.
I sent a support ticket to SEGA, they responded saying they are aware of the issue and looking into it (I asked them to contact Gamespy in an official capacity so hopefully they do)
Otherwise I´ve been yelling at gamespy, feel free to help.
Sent 2 support tickets to Gamespy, went unanswered.
Gamespy forums are filled with others complaining, no official representation.
After a couple weeks posting in Gamespy forums I´ve determined the support system is complete bogus and started posting in all gamespy sections alluding to this fact.
This is the gaming section, filled with me indicating how useless gamespy is
http://forums.gamespy.com/pc_game_help/b50691/p1
This is where I´ve spoken up about gamespys uselessness in the main forums, and an admin claims he will get an administrator on it
http://forums.gamespy.com/the_lobby_...19789091/p1/?1
Of course I highly doubt anything will happen, so I´m gonna post a thread everyday ¨politely" abusing gamespy in the main forum until something happens, please post up your own hate to make the point clearer
