Yes, Quite a while ago. Look at the link above after clicking on a few things you should be able to find the mod. it's one of the links on that page, I can't recall what it says

Mod sounds great, but I didn't get if it was sub-mod foldered. The initial instructions are a bit hard to follow (my head aches a bit right now). Pardon my ignorance

yes i had the same problem but you can download it from ITW spanish page(link is on the top of the page) as i did there is a link to strategy informer
