    Default making units require specific province

    im trying to make units require a certain province, much like how in the original medieval swiss pikemen could only be created at switzerland. i want to do this in M2TW.

    i have been trying various things in the buildings file and checking out the mercs file and have got some knowledge on how it is done, but is there something more direct?

    to add hidden resource to a unit
    Code:
                    recruit_pool "Conquistadores"  111   011.4   311  0  requires factions { spain, portugal, }  and hidden_resource america
    then you go to Medieval II Total War\data\world\maps\base\regions.txt and do this to the region
    Code:
    Caribbean_Isles
    	Caribbean
    	england
    	Native_Rebels
    	145 198 206
    	america, no_pirates, no_brigands
    this way only regions that have hidden resource america can recruit "Conquistadores".
    to add a new hidden resource you add it in EDB

    hidden_resources sparta rome italy america atlantic explorers_guild swordsmiths_guild woodsmens_guild teutonic_knights_chapter_house knights_of_santiago_chapter_house crusade jihad arguin horde_target no_pirates no_brigands my_hidden_resource
