Well, I wouldn't get excited about it, particularly. Arresting fugitives? Fine. The rest of it? Any other country would call it a crackdown. So what? Either don't break minor laws or pay up.

I would really like you guys to see the murder rates in Memphis, I live right beside the place and we had over 50 murders before january was over, if anyone needed a "sweep" its Memphis-- plus one of the biggest drug highways if not the biggest drug highway going to ny and nj goes through TN, this is not martial law, this is normal.(im not sure about the murder rate but it was Ridiculously high)
