They didn't run away by face nearly 3000 Turks~

They didn't say “This Is Sparta!”

    They didn't surrender~

    They die for their duty!

    They die for their land!

They die for their East Roman Empire loyalty!

It is, I think...In the screenshot it looks like he is fighting Ghazis.

Couple of things are wrong with your experiment.
First, the BG are imbalanced in the BC 1.05
Second, you have bunch of tier 1,2 units fighting elite cav. In real, you wouldn't make all those kills, as majority of those ghazis units would run away.

Well, I'm pretty sure 'in real' 2600 men would have won against 16 men, regardless of their qualities with less than a thousand casualties. The cavalry would have gotten zerged.

They're not the best investment these days from a long term standpoint going back. I think they are in good shape going forward. They're in the housing market. I do think their prospects going forward are very solid."

    300 Spartans
    700 Thespians
    6000 other Greek allies

More than half of the Greek allies left the passage on the third day of the encounter, so that a defending force of about 2500 remained and died!
