frustrating about princesses
So I roleplay a lot where princesses play a part in building alliances but not the least being attractive wives for my genereals. So the the frustrating point, the not working family tree.
I can buy only princesses appear from the royal line (faction heir and such), but today I noticed that itīs ONLY the faction leader and faction heir who can produce princesses in the royal line. This meant that today when my Valdemar, 83 years old and still kicking ass as king, had a grandgranddaughter coming to age she was a "non playable" princesses/figure. This despite she would have been princess had only the king not lived so utterly long! Is this how it is meant to be??
So my question arises, can you bypass such familytree messes? Making all daughters princesses/all down the royal line or any other thing?
edit: I realise you could kill of the old bastard to king, but then I must look up some rebels, which are not in hand always

You can always send the king on a suicide mission. taht's how I deal with unwanted family members.

Re: frustrating about princesses
You said it yourself, only the faction leader's daughters become princesses.
No thing is everything. Every thing is nothing.
