I can certainly say, this is the most doomed project since "WWII: Total War".

Actually, WWII sounds like a pretty good idea in comparison. WWII without the airplanes is boring but Star Wars without space fights is just plain wrong.

ummm...how would this mod work again? That would be a pretty messed up campaign map...Would it look like the one from Star Wars: Empire at War?

I take it the space battles would replace naval battles, but how would you get a space background?

lol...I can just imagine a star destroyer floating in water...
