So I install after I unistalled last night. Install 1.2 patch and start game. second turn ends but after I click the hourglass the second time game gets stuck at first AI faction's turn. What's going on?

Are you using a crack? This is the only conclusion based on your problem, if not, post computer specs and what language your game is.

I've had the same thing happen to another guy I helped and the cause was a faulty crack. Change or start using your disk.
