Armies use torches during daylight battles

Hi I am playing version 1.05 with all the other fixes included.

Just a funny observation I have made ever since I started playing BC.

I don't know if I am the only person to have this happen, but during many daylight battles I have noticed that some of the soldiers are holding torches (just as they would if they were fighting at night).

For example below, check the guy on the far bottom left.


Is this a known issue? Can there be any improvement to gain in daylight battle perfomance if this was corrected?

i know that dusk or dawn often do not really separate from daylight, i guess it's a M2 graphic engine issue. plus in dusk or dawn units hold torches.
or is it a costum battle were you chose daytime as fighting time?
