    Default Overclocking

At the moment my coputer has a GeForce 6200 Turbocache, and i can hve about 3500 soldiers onscreen with 1400x1050 res, Unit Detail: high, Vegetation: Medium, Effects: Medium and grass off.

I am wondering whether overclocking the 6200 would be worthwhile. Would there be a noticable increase in Frames per second?

I don't really want to mess around with this if its not going to make playing M2 more enjoyable. Does anyone have some good Advice for me?

    Also i have 2GB RAM and a Pentium D 3.0GHz
The Lord tells me he can get me out of this mess...but He's pretty sure your @#$%^&

Overclocking the GPU doesn't achieve much improvement and it can introduce an element of instability to your system. Your CPU is going to be the bottleneck. Try turning the shadows completely off. Also, try using DXTweak which has a noticeable improvement. DXTweak is a software program you can download for free.

Lower screen resolution and unit detail and see how it improves. Download www.fraps.com to verfiy your change in fps before and after you make changes.
