Do people say you play this game too much ? Do they say you yell for strength and honour in your sleep ? Do you grab a towel out of the shower and say This is Sparta ! If you call your wife Me lady , or Wine winch! You just might have a problem!
Sure the doctors love you getting exercise , but not running outside naked with a broom and garbage can lid yelling at the top of your lungs some strange Celtic words.



Sirs ! First of all , RS isn't all life. Just some of it!
Remember you have jobs, Schools , girl friends , Wife's , families and other entertainments, which i Cant imagine that will compare to this ! But .. You have commitments also.
I do know and fully understand once RS 2 comes out , life will just never be the same. With all the new factions , battle maps , screen shots , and a ton of other things which will entice you to play it more !
You have seen our disclaimer!
And you are fully responsible over your own duties in managing your economy and troop move... oops!! over your affairs at home , work , and relationships in general. RS isn't your life! Just part of it!
To be serious for just 2 minutes! Spend a fair amount of time with all your other activities , and when they are asleep , shopping , or saying aim bored ! Pop in a good movie that they like ( for wife or girlfriend )
Then say i need to check out something for a few minutes. Walk away quickly
Play a few battles with RS2, then run in and say what did i miss ?
Answer is very simple .
keep them happy . Spend time with them then they will not mind when you play this mod.
It works for me. It will work for you!

The whole idea is to go through a campaign with in 4 to 5 months isn't it ?
Those who have more time or less will differ.
Anyhow its to keep you happy and your loved ones!

Its going to be very hard for me to do that. To keep everyone in my house happy. This mod is to addicting. Its my crack/heroine. I HAVE A PROBLEM. But I will try to do what you have said.

lmao words of wisdom from swhunter , i'm lucky as my laptop in uni is 2 naff to play rs well enoughso i'm mr party boi in during term time, then i get my fix of rs at christmas, easter and the holidays! i'll be addicted when rs2 comes out have to play it around my summer job though

Me too. I'm hopelessly adicted to RS. I usually lose interest in pc games after about 3-4 weeks.

For some reason I keep starting new campaigns, again and again and again :-)

RS just makes Rome TW a better game, I like the slower pace and play with the house rules.

nah, Octavia ftw! anyways, i haven't actually played on RS in a few months. i think i've kicked the habit. that said, when our next beta comes out, i will doubtless be hooked again!

Thank God, I can't say I'm addicted. Actually, I get bored of RS (any RTW) after playing for a while. My problem is that when I don't have time to play, almost all I think is RS battles, tactics and campaign strategies. When I get home and can play let's say, all day, I almost always play for let's say an hour or two and get bored. Dang! But it can be pretty addictive, for sure. I don't know what my life would be without RS. It's like beer for me - I don't need it, but I certainly won't go without it!
