Um, not much is being added besides the Balkans....but thats good. I hope that the Bulgarians are added to give a major western threat to the Byz.

Quite a bit is being added actually, just not in the direction of Europe. Northward into the steppe and Central Asia for the Kara Khitaii, Westward for more of Greece and the Rus in the North, Southward to include much more of East Africa (Being able to reach the horn by land now), and Eastward is a little bit difficult to perceive but it will feature much more of India.

The main problem with having any more of Europe (beyond being out of the scope of BC), is that there's no good spot to stop at beyond Eastern Greece and the Bosporus.

Yup. You can have two mods installed on the same MTWII and not have it effect your vanilla MTWII.

Hey, i wonder, will u release a campaign map with fewer regions, but in the same size? It's a pain and boring to conquer so many regions, especially in the late era of my campaign..

I agree and disagree.
Agree in that the map is to big to be wholely conquered, late campaigns are a bit boring. Thus I make my own limits and decide when or where to stop.
SO, I disagree on the necesity to have a smaller region count, in every different campaign you'll end up always conquering roughly the same regions, whatever faction in whatever corner you choose. The way it is, you can build your empire the size you want and defend it, conquering doesnt necessarely mean exterminating neighbours. I realy like the map, it offers great replayability!
