judging from the fact that there are soundclips from LOTR in there, not to mention the 'City Borders Expanding' noise from Civ IV, don't think they'd be too fussed about the copyright....

That doesn't seem to match RS 2.0, IMO. Plus RS 1 was the one centered on Rome and Greece .. RS 2.0 will be centered around all factions.
