Default Using the launcher bypass to play kingdoms

Alright, so i used someones advice, and bypassed the launcher by changing the medieval.exe to launcher.exe....So the launcher is no more! WOO.

However, seconds after that, and just as the Medieval 2 KINGDOMS title appears, i get this

I realize that's small, but its a transparent box, with the smaller error box inside, devoid of anything but the yellow caution sign!!

EDIT!!!!!!!!!! Alright, i was just being retarded, and changed kingdoms to launcher instead of medieval 2.
Alright, so the game works now, but when i clicked on kingdoms, it opened up regular medieval 2...no special campaigns or anything?

Well the Kingdoms campaigns are actually organised like a mod, so I can't think of any way to launch them without the launcher, because I can't find any cfg files for them, so a .bat file wouldn't work.

If you check the Kingdoms Shortcuts for each mod, there is an added parameter that tells the game what mod to play and that is how you get the certain bg image. Change the game back back to factory and use the shortcuts to play Kingdoms. But if you play a Kingdoms based mod, then the game will have the normal M2TW bg image.
