    Default Will it work?

I've enjoyed playing all the earlier versions of Total War and am very tempted with buying the gold edition of Medieval II, but my computer may be too old to handle it.

I have an old Packard Bell imedia PC, which has 80 GB Hard drive, and Intel celeron 2.2ghz processor, and I've upgraded it to include 1GB of RAM and a NVidiaGeforce 6200 256MB graphics Card. Will this be able to cope with what looks like a very demanding game?, as I don't want to have mass battles where everything slows down to a crawl.

Does anyone else have a similar spec PC on which the game works fine, for if so I'll be diown the shops pronto!

my suggestion is that you go to yougamers.com, go to medieval 2 and clik the button to see how well you can run it.

Thanks, I've just done this and the games check has confirmed that I have above the minimum spec, so its off to the shops for me. At least then I'll be able to play it for a while until I can save up to replace my existing PC.

It might work on minimum settings, but expect anything spectacular, if at all.
