What game version have you installed? What are your specs? Store bought, Steam?

I have the Gold edition bought from the store new, I know there is a place to go on my pc to look up specific detailed specs but I forgot how. A place to see all video cards and everything. Could possibly help do that? Im not sure what you mean by steam. tx

Winxpsp2 is okay, video card should run it but there should be newer drivers on nvidia's website, dx9 is okay, enough memory.
Only two things I see that may conflict and I have no answers for are your wireless keyboard of which some have complained about and your xbox drivers and controller doing something strange.

Sound Tab 1: No sound card was found. If one is expected, you should install a sound driver provided by the hardware manufacturer.

You need at least onboard audio drivers installed.
Game won't start without audio support no matter what.
