so i havent played EU in like a year, got a new pc and installed - im sure there were patches for it; do they come automatically or can someone tell me where to get them from.

fyi i found out when i clicked on shortcut and remembered there was an update button.
also, where is this scenario editor thing so i can show the map of the world in my campaign
