Battle Editor Problem

I have used the BE before but now whenever I load a location the map looks like this:

Never seen nothing like it on the battle editor myself. Looks like ya got some layers missing. sorry just commenting, don't have a clue as to how to help ya. Never seen nothing like it before.

Computer specs? and Coordinates on the map?

It happens anywhere on the map.
Not sure about specs.

Right click My Computer > Properties > General Tab, tell me what it says.
