i dont see the txt file

i wont to change the Properties of some unit but i can't do that because i don't have a txt file in my data folder (There are files that impossible to open)
so what I can do in order to change this to a txt file?

you will need to unpack the game with alpaca unpacker you will find it in the downloads section.
