HELP even with the vista quickfix...

and i STILL get the "M2TW encountered an unspecified error and it will now exit"

i have everything installed, even the 1.05 patch

vanilla works fine, kingdoms works fine

i am downloading patch 1.3 as i type this, man i hope that is the solution

anyone got any ideas or had the same problem as me?

i really want to play this mod, i haven't touched M2TW in weeks, now that i have seen this mod on this site, it has really rekindled my interest in the game

edit:scratch about what i said about vanilla working fine, it seems to display the same error (possibly after i installed the vista quick fix patch)

update:
i downloaded 1.3 in vain, silly me i must of forgot that 1.3 patch was in the kingdom install

speaking of which i have reinstalled both kingdoms and medieval 2 twice then bc then the vista patch

doesnt work

i have tried to install retrofit which got my vanilla medieval 2 working but bc still doesnt work

ok i have a no cd crack but there is no alternative since my original cd got scratched, i would say that could be the problem but then i read about how people with no cd cracks are playing so...

please any response, even just to say sorry i can't help you, whatever

I GOT IT WORKING!

i downloaded another crack for 1.3 from torrent

you guys should of seen me literally screaming with excitement(yea i am nerd hahaha)

well its been fun talking with myself in this thread and i will now play and see what the fuss is about in BC
