Guilds and Event Counters?
Would using the event counters of templar founded and templar disband as conditions in the export_descr_guilds file cause the templar guild to be acquired only when the new conditions are met? See below:
Trigger 0287_Governor_Chivalry
WhenToTest SettlementTurnStart
Condition GovernorAttribute Chivalry > 4
and I_EventCounter templarfounded_counter = 1
and not I_EventCounter templardisband_counter = 1
Guild templars_chapter_house s 5

You would have to set those counters via the script when the guild was created, but yes you could work something like that out.
