How to do a second installation?

Can someone tell me how to do a second (ie clean) installation of MTW2 without deleting the one I've already done? I'd like to keep both SS and BC on my computer.

You don't need a second installation, both have seperate modfolders. I have them both installed on the same M2TW and it works fine
