Adoptions taken out, reduced?
Just wondering, because I'm having a situation where I need new family members badly in my current campaign, but it doesn't matter how many times I have a captain get a clear or historic victory I get no candidates for adoption. Kind of sucks. Is this bad luck or modded in?

You're refering to the man of the hour event, which I've noticed a surprizing lack of aswell... lack in this case being about somewhere between 0% and -10%. I'm wondering the same thing myself. I don't take adoptions, but I do take MOTH because atleast they DID something LOL

Re: Adoptions taken out, reduced?
I ended up getting one finally, but I went a hell of a long time without getting one. So long that for most of my 50+ turns I had about 7 provinces with only two named characters to deal with all of them, which sucked, and I almost lost the game because one of my named characters weren't even of royal blood, so when my 50+ year old King didn't have any heirs one of the men my princesses married into alliance with would of taken my whole Kingdom.

Unmarried women in your family tree, even if not at age yet, will take away adoptions and moh events. The game counts them as good as a general. Get rid of the gurls...
