Yes. But in Russia, it is hard to hold political power unless you are involved with United Russia. The party exists for no purpose other than to prop up Putin, it is essentially a massive alliance of convenience, even more so than the Republicans and Democrats.

The opposition controls virtually nothing of importance in Russia, be it A. the media, B. Independent sources of money, or C. well-known leaders who aren't crazy like Zhirinovsky.

On top of the judiciary and duma being in the executive branches power, and an apathetic at best voting population, Russia is going nowhere, and corrupt incompetants are still everywhere in Russia, though admittedly not like it was in Yeltsin's time, when the state industry passed hands into the hands of...people involved in the former USSR.

Hmm, I consider using Porsches really just for prestige, there's plenty other powerful armored cars who don't need a Porsche engine to carry their weight.
