More than 1500 Serbs still missing, some 2000 executed, 160 churches and monasteries destroyed, all non Albanians ethnically cleansed form Kosovo(except few small isolated enclaves)…and the guy is free!!! He was even allowed to walk freely in Kosovo, even to be involved in politics as president of his party until trial begun. No matter 3 key witnesses were killed before trial even begun; no matter Haradinaj clan is known as one of the most notorious drug business clans in Kosovo…
For me this is the end of credibility of so called international community and law. I was always against Dromikantes here, who was always ridiculing UN laws and chapters because of Kosovo recognition…but now all of that is joke. He said there is no law, force is the most important thing, I admit, he is right. This was the last drop for me. But now, after international law collapsed, world is going into some serious , very soon

Well there is plenty of war criminals (and not just Serbs) from the Yugoslav war in the 90's that are still on the run.

That was done under the pressure from UN, I doubt that Albanians would so such a thing on their own.

I can't say that non-Albanians were cleansed but surely everything was done to make their life there as hard as possible, and well, it suceeded. The numbers say it all.

The European Union as an organisation of many states cannot go making irresponsible statements that many members disagree with. Germany, France and the United Kingdom, the most important members, have all recognised Kosovo as an independent state.

The new Prime Minister of Kosovo has very much encouraged Serbs to engage in the Democracy, including filling these seats. He has also invited Serbian refugees to return should they have homes in Kosovo. Source that it was done under UN pressure, and reasoning why you think it would not have happened otherwsie.

A. It was part of Ahtisaari plan, everything from Serbs returning to granted seats in parliament.

B. I highly doubt it, it's my personal opinion that's it.

Rramush Haradinaj now is out. the tribunal of haga decided that and if you think that this was a mistake then you think that the Tribunal of Haga is a sensles organisation

Hague tribunal are made only for Serbs,and few Croat not for the Us and US friends.
And the Albania goes to enter in NATO,so, NATO as a defender of the weak and oppressed cant be on trial.Nor theirs supporters.
I don't know why,but the UE and the US have a love affair with Albanian Kosovares,maybe they promise don't be a platform of Drug dealers or Terrorists .
Maybe in future we see Europa supporting the Hamas,Hezbollah or even Al-Qaeda,they are "freedom fighters"no?
