Re: Medievil rome wont run
Ask their forum. Mod specific questions, in my opinion, should be asked in their forum.

Re: Medievil rome wont run
Hi,you mean Rome Medieval? if yes
what you mean no new files?
you must install the Mod in your game directory (Rome Total War) folder.
try to do that and tell me.

Re: Medievil rome wont run
This error happened becasue you installed the Mod in the wrong place, this file is not from RM2 and your PC cannot find it your game directory, that mean you have RM2 in the wrong place.
Good Luck!

Re: Medievil rome wont run
welll it all depends on whether you have rtw gold or normal
gold sohuld be something like the Creative Assembly/Rome total war

Re: Medievil rome wont run
See where you have your RTW and then edit the installation path.

Re: Medievil rome wont run
Ok,install the Mod in your Driver (C) directly, you will have two folders (RomeMedievalMod and Data) copy the two folders and paste them in your game directory.its very simple.
try that and tell me.
GOOD Luck!

Re: Medievil rome wont run
I think I was having a similar problem when I first installed the game. I don't remember what exactly I did to fix it. It might have had something to do with the destination path or something. I'll try to look into it and see if I can help in any way.

Re: Medievil rome wont run
By the way the MOD has its own folder with subfolders for the data and preferences and everything. So I don't see why it would overwrite the original game. Although I think some files did for me as well such as the music which has changed from the original RTW music to that of RM.

Re: Medievil rome wont run
its really very simple and easy, have you installed the Mod in your C: directly?
after that, two folders will appeare (RomeMedievalMod and Data) copy the two folders and paste them in your game directory.
then you need to create a shortcut of RTW icon, press properties and add this to target line :
-mod:RomeMedievalMOD -nm -show_err
your target line will be like this :"D:\Activision\Rome - Total War\RomeTW.exe" -mod:RomeMedievalMOD -nm -show_err
the word in red may change in your copmuter to C
