    thoughts?
    just how much control does your mind have over your body?
    i'm starting this thread because i'm trying to kick my addiction of chocolate/alcohol and love/sex, and i'm finding it really tough.

    The mind has total control over the body, you just have to be iron fisted when it comes to addictions. You can always kick an addiction, no matter how bad, if you have enough will power (unless it's something like heroin, and you become physically addicted to it....that would be bad)
