that would probably look awesome with the 2h blunt animation
but for the weapon to be in game, you should check the mod workshop section of moddelers, being a boned weapon like the bow may be, you should check animation section in order to know how to add new animation in the game..
all in all quite a lot of work but as far as i know, it is posible
Dont think that this weapon could be modded into the game, btw it is called a morgenster I think.
Flail, it's a flail:
A morning star has no chain.
That's why I call me wife "The Flail" ( 300 posts Wheee Haaaawww!!)
Thanks for informing me on that, but there are probably no animations yet that are compatible with the chain part.
edit: just looked it up at wiki and it says that it is acceptable to call the flail a morningstar, just to let u know![]()
I am german and searched for the English name of this weapon!
And now you are just telling me itīs the same as in English???
Can someone put this thread into the correct forum, please?
many thanks.

Isn't it actually a "spiked flail" ? There were the ones without spikes too, you know the ones the peasants were using when levied into the army. The non-spiked version was meant for whipping(?) grain , of course you can whip pretty much anything with it.
And from my understanding the morningstar has a wooden shaft and then a metal (not neccesarily but mostly) iron head with spikes, without spikes it's called a mace. I am no professional though, wasn't there a history student posting a website about medieval warfare a while ago?
