Default Rio VII Fixes for Fd + Expansion

Requires the Rio VII Flagellum Dei and Expansion

Will automatically install unless otherwise manually changed:
    C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War

Rio VII FD And Expansion fixes for the rar and mod switcher version:
-Ostrogoth warlord texture fixed: needed to fit the manipulated texture properly on the model unit.
    -herul levy spearman texture fixed
-Barbarian Dracos textures and skeleton fix: needed to upgrade the skeleton to IB7.3
-Canditia removed from starting off as the Roman Bodyguards but still can be recruited.
-Eastern Roman Household bodyguards can now be recruited within the Eastern Roman territories: This is historical for they were not mostly Germanic in origin.
-Britain: changed Vortimore and Vindex starting places:
-Draco for Romans fixed: proper skeleton: needed to upgrade the skeleton to IB7.3.
-Sassanid Standards fixed: proper skeleton: needed to upgrade the skeleton to IB7.3.
-reduced to only one extra in a unit(standards with roman centurion seems to cause ctd).
-Battle movement speeds reduced: in between(but a bit more closer towards Ib 7.3) vanilla and IIB 7.3
    -Light palatina...now a faster unit
    -Carthaginian changed to Berbers
-Scripted Rughas and Bledas death. The rise of Attila...thus scripted spawned rebellions from Ostrogoth's, Lombards and Slavs
-more econ buildings will be put in place through out the WRE
    -more available foederati and mercenaries.
-Foederati and mercenaries will be very cheap to recruit but to keep them will be very expensive
-434ad new starting date for the provincial campaign..corrected a 468 to 569 4 turn error.
-The 434AD 4turn per year scripted city rebellions needs some redoing
-change the Romano Gauls to look more like Romano Gauls
-reduced huge city to large city in 2 cities in Sicily thus negating the huge rebellion there
-reduced pop increased through the base farm rate
-tweaked upkeep and econ a bit

I've already downloaded and played a bit

    Thanks, Rio!

There are no CTD's before battle when playing as WRE.

    One question about balance:
on VH/VH as WRE I've abandoned Salona and Ulpia, trying to hold Aquilea.
So got there 2 foederati swordsmen, 2 sagitarii and 3 limitanei when the Goths arrived.
How to stop their heavy warbands? 1 unit of them with little support wiped me out at the walls completely. After some fire shooting, I've tried to attack them from the flanks with swordsmen, when 1 unit of limitanei hold the walls. Got archers to fire them at the back, while another one fired from the street. Little effect. Get crushed, lost Aquilea and all hopes to restore the Empire.

But against the Vandals at Corsika and Sardinia i've done quite well with Ricimer and pseudocomitatenes. Maybe use them against Goths?:hmmm:

    Julian The Apostate,
    Thanks for the feedback.
That region is vital and difficult to defend at the start of the game. If you haven't already check out Bulgar Slayers guide on the Were. It may provide some info on dealing with the Ostrogoths. It is a very good guide.

The Ostrogoths are very tough and are Scripted to turn their expanding appetites on the WRE as they did in 488AD so it will be important to be able to fight them. But don't give up hope if you lose some important provinces in Northern Italy. The game is scripted(modified) to se the Barbarians who come into the Italian Peninsula and around Constantinople as oppressors and thus their is a chance of that city rebelling back to you. If anything, the costs will slow down the Ostrogoths attack maybe enough to where you can regroup and successfully counter attack....gl and looking forward to se how you make out there. VH/VH should be a tremendous challenge.

it seems that the fix didn't fix the Ostrogothic warlord, but its not causing a CTD (just a cosemtic bug)
