    Default Vacuus Lux Lucis - Team needed

    Vacuus Lux Lucis is a new MTW2 Kingdoms mod (just started recently) set in the late dark ages of Britian, from 620-1050AD. See the link in my sig for more info.

    The problem is that we basically have only two people working on it, and there's quite a bit of modelling and skinning to be done, as well as coding in new features, like factions converting when the majority of their population converts.

    We need a team, so if you're interested, please let me know

    Just out of curiosity, if the mod takes in early medieval Britain, why is the title in Latin?

    It does fit, though, because the many languages mean that the title should not be in any one in particular, and Latin is a good neutral language, used all over europe, though not in conversation. the focus of the mod is not on any culture in particular, and so making a Saxon title, for example, would not be right. Also, it puts some emphasis on the impact of the church in dark ages Britain. Is that a good enough explanation?

    To specify things a bit more, the people that are really needed are as follows

    Coder to incorporate units
    Coder to incorporate Patron Saints’ patronage in place of guilds - idea thanks to matt84, see link
    Scripter
    Building Modeller
    Modellers – to cope with heavy workload
    Skinners / artists – to cope with heavy workload

    Scripters are probably the most needed because I don't know the first thing about scripting or triggers and there is a whole new set of events to be incorporated.

    So far all we have is me, and someone who is not a member of TWC

    ok, now we have a concept artist/skinner/2d artist with us, so things are picking up a bit of pace, but there are still many vacant positions
