This probably means that your BI version is not updated to 1.6. Please start a campaign with BI, go to game options and check if your version is 1.4. If so, you will have to patch the game.

Another problem that you might be having is the install: is your 58BC folder inside the RTW folder, in the same directory as the BI folder?.

im sure it is xD.... this is not my first mod and im sure this is a clean BI 1.6
