Installed MTWII on a new computer (faster CPU) -

Courser moves to sensitive (over-shooting) when trying to move the picture side wise or up and down during the game -

What do I have to tune down in "Options" and to what extent to reduce this sensitivity?

Ye, go to OPTION and reduce the mouse sensitivity option.

Go to the control panel on your computer and select Mouse, then you can play with the options. Also if it is an optical mouse make sure the led is clean.
