fouvorite heavy cavaley unit - Greek Armoured Cavalry
favourite light infantry - hypaspists
favourite heavy infantry - agema hypaspists
favourite missile unit - gatastraphetes ( heroic and heroic victories , + 1 general with a victory

)
favourite archers - creeeeeeetian archers
favourite missile cavalry - median cavalry
favourite spearmen - sparabara
favourite phalangites - argyraspids phalangites
favourite special unit - berserkers

Light Cav: Thracian Light Cav. Technically there a missile cav but I love their versatility (good melee, very good missiles)
Heavy Cav: Parthian "Companions" are very good, even though I nearly never play Parthia. Otherwise Greek Companions.
Light Inf.: I don't really have one... (PS: hyspasists aren't ligh infantry)
Heavy inf.: Spartans
Missile Unit: Athenian Marines, just because I use them a lot playing as Greece
Missile Cav: Medians
Spearmen: Hmmmm.... Its a toughie between Eastern and Steppe Infantry....
Phalangites: Spartans
Special: Definitely Berserkers. They just completely destroy enemy infantry.

They are similar in stats except the Spartans have much higher morale and don't have sucky secondary attack stats (12 vs. 5 when they use their sword).

Suprisingly Hillmen. The javelins and the stat boost makes them an actual useful unit as opposed to the vannila ones.

I have to say, I like Syrian Archers. I also like Cretan Archers, or any archer with more range than regular ones. I also like heavy eastern style cavalry, javelins plus good melee stats is to be appreciated.
