Crazy graphics error?
I installed M2TW and patched it up fully on March 15, played through the short campaign as Britannia, downloaded and installed Broken Crescent on March 21, played through the short campaign as the Khwarezm Shah, then started a campaign as the Imamate of Oman last night.
Today, I try to boot Broken Crescent, it gets through the first few screens, but before I get to the main menu, the sound hangs and the screen shows nothing but smeared lines of color. No crash to desktop, imposible to Ctrl-Alt-Del, alt-tab, etc. Nothing I can do but hard reboot. I try again. Same result. Same result when I try to start just M2TW, not Broken Crescent. Sometimes when I boot it my monitor simply stops receiving data from my computer, and tells me to check my cables.
Edit: sometimes I can actually get all the way into the menu, but it still crashes within seconds.
