Default RM 2.0 Crashes when I complete my turn

I'm playing the French, everything was going well for a couple of days, I played yesterday evening just fine, but now when I complete my turn, the first 3-4 fractions make their moves and then (can't really see at which fractions turn it is) I get an error... (an error which lets me send a report to microsoft blablabla)

    It happens everytime...

Oh and could someone explain me how to install the fixes?
    Might help aswell
What have I got to extract where?

Okay I've extracted the files into the RomeMedievalMod folder, launch the game, load my savegame, and try to complete my turn.

    Again same problem

I also find out it crashes during the English turn, and it's at the end of 1250...

    I hope there's any solution...

are you using the latest fix RM2 HotFix No.2? you can get it from RM2 Fixes thread.
after installing the fix,you need to delete all map.rwm files in RomeMedievalMod/Data/World/Maps folder.

I'm talking to the great Lord of the Knights himself

And like I said, I'm using the latest fix, however I didn't really know how/where to extract it...

If I downloaded it, WinRar opens and shows me the folder Fix 2.0 (something like that) Where exactly have I got to extract it to?

(oh and does it matter I downloaded the first fix aswel? (me = stupid) I guess fix No.2 will overwrite the fix No.1, but I wanna be sure)

And I really love this mod!

Hi,press right mouse to the compressed file (RM2 HotFix 2) and click extract to RM2 HotFix 2 and then copy the folders in the extracted folder RM2 HotFix 2 and paste them in your game directory,GOOD LUCK.

ADD:i will release a new Fix tonight.

I have had this problem as well. I'm obviously a total noob with both computers and modding. I absolutely love this mod! With a bit more polish it could be just as good as the actual game itself! I can't wait for 3. However, I am having the same problem but with the English faction crashing in year 1256. I pasted the fix folder into my rome total war folder. Is this correct? thanks, keep up the good work Knights!

Worth noting that this is absolutely the first time I have ever downloaded a mod for a game so I'm really confused. This mod is really great so it's worth it but i have absolutely no idea what is going on at this point.
