no ports in the baltic?

i noticed that almost none of the settlements facing the baltic sea have a port. only the region Svealand and maybe another one...is it intentional?

I think I read that they fixed (or were fixing?) that problem. I also have the Baltic regions and miss having a harbor to dock in. I don't see many pirates anymore because I control all the major bodies of water on the map save for the Caspian, but I hate losing an army because their ships cannot dock for safety. I think Muria is your closest option, though trade lines can be seen crisscrossing the waters there

I remember they said they took them out due to that in reality there were none there. And I remember one of the Rs memebers saying that the AI will build massive fleets up there and do nothing with them. They will just stay there.

Yeah, I've seen a screen with LOTS (and I mean LOTS) of German ships in western Baltic. Basically every square was occupied by a single boat!

I think Squid might have added a couple of them back in - I'm sure he was muttering something about stray white pixels (on the regions graphic) a while back.

There were a 'couple' missing up there, but largely, it is intentional that there be few ports up there. For one thing, there were none at this time, and secondly, the pathfinding in the area lends itself to creating hundreds of AI ships up there with nothing to do but fish.
