BEST LOSS EVER (for me)

The purpose of this custom battle was to experiment ways to deal witht he Mongols and Timurids when they invade.

Instead of making a long post of how exactly it went, ill be as general as possible.

Map Middle eastern Citadel

My army (all units with maxed out stats)

-Byzantine

-1 gen bodygaurd
-1 other heavy cavalry
-6 guard archers
-4 vungarian guard (probably mispelled)
-8 dimounted Latinkon

Enemy armis (4) (ALL THEIR UNITS ARE FULLY UPGRADED WITH MAX STATS)

Mongol army 1,2,3 (1601 men EACH)
-3 heavy cavalry
-4 artilery
-the rest are dismounted heavy lancers

Army 4(1501 men)

- 3 cavalry (heavy
-4 artilery
-the rest are dismounted lacers

They ended up winning at by taking the square
I could have held off longer but i couldnt get my archers on my last wall ring down to take it bak in time cuz they sent men up to fight them

I saved the replay

End result = I lose all my men but around 50% of my archers

THEY LOSE 89% OF THEIR MEN

... I think I remember reading somewhere that some losses are greater than victories (or words to that effect).

-Viewsonic 17 in LCD

I play on Huge unite Scale with EVERYTHING (includin AA and Such) maxed out at 1280 x 1024

Yeah dude i've had things like that too. I had my HRE emporer, the one you start off with, in Bologna er whatever that is. It was him and 2 units of millitia archers all with no upgrades. The emporer has decent amounts of chivalry and all that and around 5 stars. So venice attacks me with like 6 units of militia spear men (which we all know freaking own) with lots of xbow militia and a general. My emporer holds them off at the door, and that was just crazy. We took the day adn the archers coudlnt even fire because they were all clustered into the door. It was so intense but yeah sieges crazy things can happen. Just get a bunch of militia and tire em all out.
