I downloaded but whenever i go to play campaign it says error with script line 28 or something

You probably had a problem on the installation. have you installed the hotfix?

I do not think it is an issue with the hotfix. Most probably an incorrect installation of the whole mod.

Please check that the 58BC folder is placed inside your RTW main folder and not inside RTW/data folder or any other location.

I did it but why it ctd always at 52 bc

So the CTD happens during the campaign...then it is some sort of problem with the script. Did you apply the hotfix on an already started campaign?
