How Do I go about watching replays? I have two saved replays but I cant watch them. In the Replays folder, its empty. How can I find them?

Go to the Main Menu, click Load Game, click Load Battle Replay, and select the one you want to watch.

On a side note, In RTW replays weren't exactly movies, but just new battles with the same orders given, so I could watch a replay and see a totally different outcome than what actually happened, mainly with elephants and their unexpected running amockness.

Is that the same in M2TW?

yes, formation changes seem to be a sticking point in M2TW, i have a few replays where in the actual battle i micromanaged my pikemen to perfection and they were easily able to hold attackers while my 2h units/knights move round the flanks, when these are watched as replays the pikemen break formation, die, rout and my reinforcing units die in slug outs, pity.
