filefront wont resume for me and my broadband cuts in and out, rapidshare just wont let me download period, always get an error message

BitTorrent is better for people who usually use it, just like me ( downloading lots of files from different trackers ), but there are also many people who've never used it because they prefer to download from rapidshare,filefront and others.
