Won't load battle of Antioch.

Im playing the campaign as Venice, everything has been running smoothly.
Pope called crusade, I accepted, sailed my forces to Antioch, we hit the beach, march upto Antioch, siege it.. then I assault Antioch.

Loading screen..

Music cuts on and off

No loading bar

Egg-timer keeps flipping

No loading bar.. nothing happens.

I reset my PC, loaded the auto-save, assault Antioch again, same thing, It won't load the battle. Any advice would be much appreciated here.

What kind of a computer do you have? Have you been able to fight other battles? Vanilla or modded?

My PC is fine, been playing the game for days, never had any issues.

It's just the normal Medieval 2 Gold eddition right out of the box, I havent installed any mods or messed with it. Kingdoms seems to work aswell, but I just don't understand why I can't attack Antioch without the game going ape on me.

Custom battles work fine aswell, its just this issue trying to attack Antioch atm.

Have you tried auto resolving?
