Lots of stuff is changed, but I'd say the two biggest changes are:

-- Huge map, at a much bigger scale than vanilla, which results in a very different style of play.

-- A faction slot used to create a 'Free Peoples' faction, like a 'slave' faction on steroids, that will invade your lands, burn your towns, and set your peoples heads on sticks!

But only if you are playing as the Romans, all the other factions are strong enough to resist

I've read that their will be 3 celtic factions to play with in RS2.0 but I was wondering wich nations will have to go by this? And are there any other nations that will be removed in RS2.0 (Greek cities most likely)... ?

Basically Epiros is going (RS2 starts at a different time and so Epiros aren't significant), and the greek colony states (Syracuse, Bosporus, Pergamum) are beig turned into swap factions along with Sparta and a couple of others being introduced, so you can have one of these at a time. This free's up enough factions slots for the new celtic factions.
