an epic battle

for once im happy something sort of historical happened battle wise. My determined soldiers under the command of Baldwin, who should have died of leprosy long ago, and Balian de Ibelin vs Saladin. A great battle with a pretty good conclusion



in the end: Saladin was slain, Baldwin, although a leper, and Balian turned the tide of battle by slaughtering the muslim soldiers, my soldiers were beaten bloody, and almost the entire foe was vanquished. A glorious bloodbath

Yeah, fending off the Ayyubids as KoJ can be epic for sure.

BTW, King Baldwin died in 1185. So he still technically has some years left in him!

nothin spells epic more than thousands of troops
i just liked the fact is was Saladin who led this battle instead of the generic generals. I sort of changed history by killing him to muhahahaha lol

Its an option in game settings on unit size. It's save game compatible but it won't change the size of existing units so if your in the middle of a game wait till the next one. Its also more graphically intensive.

I think its because he lost to many men, and his odd aint that much againts him to grant him a heroic victory from that.

Balian killed Salahuddin in my last KoJ game while Baldwin killed most of the other Ayyubid forces. Was fun indeed to see some KoH movie pics in BC as i like the movie
