Default Reccomend a set of good skins

I don't like the english skins in DLV. The spearmen/men at arms look too square and the helmet looks like its molded onto their hair or something. They look more like eastern soldiers rather than English.

are there any u can reccomend?

I wish I could recommend something. I've been hating that helmet (on the sergeant spearmen and swordsmen) since forever.

    I feel your pain.

I'm trying to disable and replace the file with the vanilla hoping it looks better. Still haven't found it yet.

I think a Norman helmet would look so much better.

    Just dug this up.

Try Ornamentum 1.32 in the Hosted Modifications section. Looks like they've got some English skins for ya, and their pretty sweet.

Man Sambo, you've been talkin' smack about those skins for 3 months now. You even made a video.

    Woopdy friggin do!

Meanwhile, those of us who have little or no lives continue to suffer the indignity of being forced to use goofy, football player lookin' mo-fos to represent us in our fruitless, one sided crusades.

    Oh when will it end?

Seriously though... I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing your work in action

@d3v: I'm sorry, I knew I should have mentioned something about installation. I suggested those Ortanmentum skins mainly as an example of the beauty that COULD BE in DLV. There probably is a way of intergrating them but I don't know how. I'm still trying to figure that one out.

Thanks for posting that link, I'll keep an eye on it too.

If I find a way of installing those skins before you do, I'll be sure to let you know. Once again, I'm sorry for not warning you.
