Names family members Pergamum & Ptolemaics

Normally I only read on these forums, but I specially registrered so I can ask this question.

When I start a game with Pergamum, I see in my familytree there are names which are not Greek, but remainders from the Numidians.
Only the king and his first son's (Chrysippos) name are correct. All the other names are Numidian/Carthaginian (Megadates, Tabnit, Balhanno etc.).
In the Ptolemaic family tree there are names like PtolemyII, PtolemyIII etc.

I have tried before to change them, but the game kept crashing after the editing of the files.
Also, proposed men for marriage in the royal family of Pergamum don't have a surname. When playing as Epirus or the GCS they have surnames.
So my questions are: 1. how can I change these names in the starting familty trees to 'proper' Greek and Egyptian/Macedonian names?
2. how do I fix the surnames?

For both things, the changes are very extensive and involve many files. As this is a modding question, I'm going to close the thread and ask that you open a new thread in the Rome Workshop forum (Text Editing Subforum) asking how to change faction character names. You will get a more timely and more accurate answer there. The Rome Workshop is also where you can search for the answer if you do not want to wait for a response to your question.
