Marrying princesses to family members

Is marrying princesses to family members possible? I have an adopted son who is now my faction heir...and I have a great princess(all charm) who's the daughter of my previous king. So no blood relation. I tried to have her approach his army, but it said "no suitors in army". So is there ANY way to have them marry each other? I also really want this guy to get a wife and she's perfect...

it used to be possible in MTW I but i dont think it is in this one

despite the fact that this adopted son is adopted, he is still part of the family and marrying him to this perfect princess will be considered "incest" which CA has taken away from the game. A bride will come when the opportunity presents itself

I just had a mission where I had to marry my princess to one of my family members... so it is definetely possible

I think it is possible...but why would you want to? I think it's much better to try to bring in another faction's suitor.

Then again, perhaps there is a desire to have progeny with vestigial tails....

Well if anyone finds out how to get this incest thing working let me know Lol.

You know having 11 fingers on each hand might give some advantage in battle, or a general with three eye's you could breed your own cyclops army. :hmmm:

Well, I'm playing this game with self-made rules in which I can only have two living males on the family tree at any one time...so no adoptions unless my prince doesn't have a current son when he becomes king - then I adopt.

So I use my princesses for diplomacy but nothing else. Thought I might as well marry one to my current heir! Ah well...stupid game.

I have married cousins. The game won't let you marry brother and sister, and probably it won't let you marry different generations (uncle and niece) although I haven't tried it.

It is possible to marry family but like caralampio, they cant be siblines. BUt it is weird to marry family anyway...you really dont get much of a benefit that you may get if you marry another general outside your family
